scroll text not working?!

yeah okay you're seeing this too right. that text up there is supposed to scroll, which is why it goes out of the box. but it's not?! WHY!!! why is walkingfurret so broken lately? between this and the broken board boards episode divs, it's getting irritating. why does stuff break for no reason!? whatever, i'll find a fix. its not really that important of text.
